In this set of photographs, we created portraits in the style of the famous photographer, Richard Avedon, in which subjects would face a white background and the photos would be shot in black and white.
You do a good job of having Richard Avedon-esque photos. Through your photos you captured a variety of emotions that are portrayed through the different facial expressions. The only things I would work on are cutting out the light light from the pictures and creating more of a tight, up close frame of your models. Good work!
I am not sure about these photos. They are really beautiful but some of them are not behind a white background. It throws the viewer off and doesn't follow the assignment exactly.
You did a good job at capturing the emotion in each photograph. The only problem with your images are the background, but other than that they're great.m
I really like these photos and I think you did a good job on them. Especially the first one, it feels really real and you can almost feel the emotion. The only pointers I would say is that your pictures seemed to be best here when the models are looking into the camera directly. It brings it to a whole new level of believability
